They aren't locked because logos and T-shirt designs require effort (a.k.a. not low-effort), users are incentivised to provide a high quality work (a.k.a. not low quality) and the results have a practical application. Incentivising the posting of poorly photoshopped memes for altcoins is neither high quality, nor does it require a considerable amount of effort, nor does it serve a practical application, except for(as in one of the reasons why altcoin giveaways were prohibited in the first place).

No matter what you say, lizi is the same with them.
