Did you have any luck tweaking your Asus card further?

I have Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce OC R2, Micron memory and currently run it at 90/+150/+150 (see below)

NVIDIA 388.43 / ccminer-x64 2.2.2 Neoscrypt (trezarcoin) Intensity 21
Power 80% / Core +0 / Memory +0 yields 849 kH/s at 61 degrees
Power 80% / Core +0 / Memory +200 yields 853 kH/s at 61 degrees
Power 80% / Core +0 / Memory +600 yields 855 kH/s at 62 degrees

Power100% / Core +100 / Memory +150 yields 930 kH/s at 70 degrees
Power100% / Core +100 / Memory +400 yields 945 kH/s at 68-70 degrees

Power 90% / Core +100 / Memory +150 yields 913 kH/s
Power 90% / Core +150 / Memory +150 yields 925 kH/s at 65-68 degrees (SWEET SPOT)
Power 90% / Core +200 / Memory +150 yields 944 kH/s
Power 95% / Core +150 / Memory +200 yields 925 kH/s
Power100% / Core +200 / Memory +150 yields 974 kH/s

Power 70% / Core +200 / Memory +250 yields 871 kH/s and ccminer crashed (not enough power?)
Power 75% / Core +200 / Memory +250 yields 896 kH/s
Power 80% / Core +200 / Memory +250 yields 914 kH/s
Power 85% / Core +200 / Memory +250 yields 930 kH/s
Power 90% / Core +200 / Memory +250 yields 948 kH/s
Power 90% / Core +200 / Memory +400 yields 957 kH/s at 64-65 degrees
Power100% / Core +200 / Memory +250 yields 970 kH/s
Power100% / Core +200 / Memory +400 yields 984 kH/s at 68-70 degrees

Power 75% / Core +200 / Memory +300 yields 896 kH/s
Power 80% / Core +200 / Memory +300 yields 914 kH/s
Power 85% / Core +200 / Memory +300 yields 935 kH/s

Power100% / Core +200 / Memory +600 yields 989 kH/s at 68-70 degrees

Power 90% / Core +220 / Memory +400 = ccminer crashed

Sorry, newbie here.
Finally I managed to get my ASUS GTX 1070 8GB dual.
The seller confirmed that they are not selling hynix memory,
Although I didn't get a samsung memory, but still get a micron memory.

overall the base hashrate was 26.5mh/s (CPU is 30watt-40watt)
The total power used is around 150watt (include CPU watt) at first place.
I manage to overclock it and make it +500 memory clock, with lowering down the total power limit to 70%.
So far it looks pretty stable. The current hashrate is 30.2mh/s with 160 watt (include CPU watt)

Do you guys think that I can do any better to reduce the power or increase the hashrate?
