It wouldn't be a good practice to use the same password as your BCT's in the first place or for any website. The same username is of course not that suspicious for me but the way how the user is trying to promote their website without any kind of promotions and added details will arouse more suspicion about the website. Adding more suspicion is why the hell is a school trying to create their own dice game as a school project? And why is it inside their website? If this school is really a school I know the kids would learn how to create a different game which isn't related to gambling.

I did a domain lookup as well and I don't know what to come up with it.

In most cases applying the golden rule about if it looks to good to be true then it probably is. Scammers will operate in any way then can to scam so knowing some users use the same password for multiple websites it is no wonder they will try it.

I also saw it a few days ago, and in my years in this community, I never bother to join such offers. And it you looked closely, there's a lot of red flags,

  • a newbie account
  • payment is too good to be true
  • no escrow

So I really don't know why people here, regardless of rank will fall for that kind of trick. Maybe you're right, those people have intentions to steal not just our password here, but crypto related sites such as gambling by doing some reverse engineering.[/list]

The majority of those won't pay indeed, but not always: I've seen Newbies who are true to their word, even when they offer something that could easily be called "too good to be true".
And that's probably the reason why people still join those offers.
Newbies who are true to their words belong to the old era. I did also show newbies at old times being loyal to their promises, while the majority of the rest newbies tried to scam others. People have toake their own searches before to follow words from a newbie.
Back to the subject, it's possible for a hacker to try with ones who use the same password for different account, but also ss as a secret pin code for their private wallets.

Signature space for rent
Most likely it was a troll. I have noticed yesterday from off-topic board. And I was wondering if participants get payment. But from your post its clear that he/she has not paid to any participants nor used escrow. Yes, I am agree with that he/she just tried to steal users personal information (username, password). This isn't trustworthy behaviour in my opinion.

I saw that post in the services board a few days back. The announcement was all unserious, unprofessional and a big joke but i was surprised at the amount of people who were signing up to the websites without hesitation despite not being sure whether they would get paid.

The outcomes don't surprise me at all, just like you suspect, @Confit must have been carrying out social engineering to gather people's login details.

It's a random Newbie who can abandon his account at any moment. It's suspicious, but it looks like the story ended already.

I think people should by now know not to use the same password on more than one website.

Need Campaign Manager?PM on telegram @sujonali1819
What happened :  Very suspicious activity. Probably a trap of stealing bitcointalk user passwords.

Ann thread link : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/moved-5223716 [ moved from service to offtopic and locked]

Website where he asked to register : http://www.fragnelschoolranchi.com/

On 06.02.2020 a user named Confit created a topic in service section. The title was Test our new dice game for 25$ Only 10 members required But now the title has changed to moved also the thread has moved from service to offtopic

Though the Original Post of that thread now edited, so I have collected the post from Loycev's archive site. You can it here : http://loyce.club/archive/posts/5378/53784916.html [Thanks Loycev]

Where the user promised to sent 25$ to 10 members for testing his dice game. To participate there he asked people to register  an unsecured site. Since the site was unsecured and campaign was also looking suspicious, I suggested people to don't use any site login there.
Code:
http://www.fragnelschoolranchi.com/index/
Then he started to accept people for the campaign randomly. He did not care about the rank and trust score. Then make announce that he increased the participants Number 10 to 20.

He also accept some few people later and also promise in the thread that He will Message yogg for hiring escrow. But I don't know he did or not.

Since I have some confusion about the campaign So, I tried to search the thread for seeing the result. But can not find the thread in service section then try to check his profile and discover that the thread was moved to offtopic. Curiously visit and see that all information on the OP was deleted. And try to contact someone who accepted there. Pmed  gabbie2010 and he said me that he was not contacted later and also guessing maybe he was trying to  steal password. So he did not keep his promise plus did not pay accepted people plus edit the thread and move without making any excuse. So, Now what do you think? Post your Opinion.
