I want to buy BTCitcoins using Paysafecard, and i found this website: http://www.e-currency-exchange.com/
What do you think, is this site real or just a big scam?  Undecided

Sorry i don't know about that site.To know that site legit or not you can follow these methods given below:
You can read user reviews, problems, their quires, responses and rating about
the site in http://webutation.net

You can also do a whois search in the site  Whoisxy.com  and know the owner, technical, administrative contact details etc.. you can use the phone number or email id which you get in whois search and try to contact the person and clarify your doubts.

If the site has SSL certificate it is good site for transactions. SSL certificate enabled site looks like https://paypal.com.

One of the worst scam sites i've ever seen. You should try known and reliable exchangers like VirWox.

You should try virwox.com.
The fees are kinda bad because you have to convert to Linden Dollars (Second Life currency) first and then to bitcoin, but I'v used them and they are legit.

Smell like a scam for me, site isn't listed on: https://www.paysafecard.com/en-us/use/

They still displaying the Liberty Reserve logo.

They are asking an "Account No", but you can create an account:
