First thing that I saw is that the site only receives payment in bitcoin. And why not other modes of payment method. I would say it's kind of risky and unless the price offered is far better than what you can get offline, then by all means think hard about it.

Secondly from its design its simple, they are not using https site. From every thing its looking fishy to me

This says they are hiding behind an anonymity service which is a red flag.

it could be, but it seems fishy to me

ask their support

Website looks a little bit fishy to be honest , and I don't recommend you (OP) to use it .
@Amph , even if it's fake .. It's not like the support will tell you that it's fake , right ?

Various signs point to no.
There's this pre-existing tidbit: http://www.badbitcoin.org/thebadlist/
Seems they've been around for a while but never bothered to fix their FAQ (the images still point to their old domain)
( Or their broken grammar, for that matter - for being based in London, that seems atrocious )
If you ever tried to go through checkout, you'll end up at http://www.prestigescrow.com/new_order.php - which, surprise surprise, is no longer available.
Sooo... probably a scammy site, but it doesn't matter because you wouldn't be able to buy anything anyway? Smiley
( The supposed escrow site itself had some bad marks: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/btc2pay-did-not-pay-715698 )
