Is a scam. They didn't reply to me. I usually don't get scam, but this time was impulse buy. I lost $15.
I'll contact Google or government to de-index them. Anyone has a problem, do the same.

I agreed with vpsproxy.com on a proxy package. I paid, then they ghosted me. They never delivered and then completed ignored me. Refund was never received. They only accept bitcoin and family/friends paypal, so they are set up to avoid refunds.
They rank pretty well on google for residential proxies.
