Zebpay has recently added the BCC withdrawal option but the price is way down now. If you want to get your split coins sooner Its better if you move your money from Zebpay to some Desktop wallet like Electrum so you can have access to your private keys. You will also get how to guides and videos on how to retrieve your split coins safely.

Here's the article: https://blog.zebpay.com/update-on-the-bitcoin-gold-fork-a16bb7479024

So basically there is no apparent guarantee on whether or not you will be able to get bitcoin gold credited to your account. Instead, everything will depend on whether Zebpay announces its support of the fork or not later.

Wisest thing to do is to withdraw your coins into an address that you hold the keys to.

What should a zebpay user do. Are they supporting it, will one get bitcoin gold if he will keep his btc on zebpay during the hard fork ?

I think the right section to post this should be in Indian thread as the company belongs to that country. Also the best would have being to either call up or send them an mail and get the information right away from them. Also they should ideally be sending the mail to all their customers regarding their stand if they support or no.

The thread belongs in the exchanges section, not a local board. It is in the right position already.

It will be better if you ask this directly to zebpay support. Most probably they will pay you bitcoingold. Last time they payed all the account holders  bitcoin cash according to the bitcoin stored in their wallet. So hopefully this time also they may pay you btg. But it will be always better to move your funds from zebpay wallet to any desktop wallet to take the advantage of hardfork.
