I'd argue it was US foreign policies that helped create ISIS (and the Islamic State), if Saddam had still been in power there would be no way they (ISIS) could have taken over parts of Iraq. Ugh that is sadly not true since 2004 there are quite some clips online... not sure but humanity seems to move backwards into a second dark age depending on where you look

He claimed the women were being held hostage in Islamic State's stronghold of Mosul, Iraq, which the terror group seized in June last year.
