Without the foreign involvement, Syria would have been a stable and peaceful nation. You Americans destroyed Iraq. You destroyed Libya. You destroyed Afghanistan. Is there any place on the world which is safe from these American psychos?

The Russian proposal seems to be the only real solution to the Syrian crisis. An international peacekeeper force should be deployed in Syria, with the permission from the United Nations. Countries which support the ISIS, such as the US, Qatar, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait should be kept out of this force.

The US has been waging war on Iraq for a long time. We had their president murdered. We put in the Shah, Then we bumped him off, and put in the Ayatolla.
We also installed Saddam Hussein and created a war between Iran and Iraq to weaken both countries.
Then we created a war against the Iraqi people whom we have been torturing and killing for over 25 years.
Along the way, we destroyed Yugoslavia and Somalia, LIbya, and are working to finish off Iraq and Syria.

The US is waging war on Syria via Israeli, Saudi, Qatar, Turk aided terrorists, including many of the terrorists that the US financed and assisted to destroy Libya and to spread Talmudized Islamic terrorism throughout Africa.

If the US wanted to stop the terrorist war on Iraq and Syria, it would tell the Turks, Saudis, Israelis, Qatar, Pakistan, French and Brits to stop sending and supporting the terrorists invading Iraq and Syria, or they would face the just wrath of America.
But, how can that happen when the US has been involved at every stage of the disaster and has a "Muslim" president who wants ISIL to take Syria before having ISIL come to Europe and America?

Well... all the big countries supply arms and ammunition to these terrorists, so why the big hulabaloo all of a sudden? ISIS wasn't squat when Coalition combat ops ended in Iraq. It didn't become a problem until the Syrian civil war when it became a proxy for its Sunni supporters in Turkey and the Arab world and began enjoying the battlefield successes that have enabled it to seize territory, huge amounts of weaponry and valuable revenue resources, such as oilfields. Another factor was the the willingness of the international community to ignore the rise of ISIS as long as the al-Maliki government remained in power, and by the time he left cities like Mosul, Fallujah and Takrit were already in ISIS's hands. Then there is the issue of the ineffectiveness and/or cowardice of the Iraqi and Syrian armies, who are notoriously awful and have been exposed as such again by ISIS.

Then, of course, there are the ideological matters that dixon mentioned and figure into the rise of any and all jihadist groups. The "caliphate" dimension of the Islamic State and its remarkably sophisticated propaganda have also aided greatly its recruitment in ways that its predecessors in al Qaeda, et al, were unable to exploit.
