There is always undesired calsualties, this is how war works. The difference between the legit army and the IS's so-called "Holy Warriors" is that the legit army won't take hostages in cities they control to rape them and then kill them and record it.
A legit army would also try to minimise the civilian casualties, not firebomb whole cities or drop nukes as was done by certain someone in 1945...

By all accounts he released alot of the Jihadis from prison to make competition for the moderate free Syrian army (which is probably safe to say in its final death throes( and considering his dad totally flattened the city of Hama in 1982, what makes you think he hasn't been doing the same?

Compare the life a Syrian and an antic monument : what is the most important ? That's indeed the monument. The same thing applies for 10, 100, 1 000, 10 000 Syrians. They're nothing compared to the historical treasure that these monuments represent.

I don't think they control everyone's identity. Syria is a big desert. Journalists can "easily" pass on Islamic State's "territory" without meeting anyone from IS nor citizens. I think the same thing is happening in West-Syria, especially because they're too busy these times to do police job.

Mixed news coming in from Aleppo (North Syria). The ISIS jihadis partially seized a crucial highway, which was acting as one of the supply routes for regime soldiers fighting in that city. On the other hand, the Syrian Army is advancing towards the Kuweiris Air Force Base, which has been besieged by the ISIS for the past 30 months. According to the latest reports, the regime forces are only 4 km away from breaking the siege.

That one was epic. I think that this particular aircraft is from the Syrian Armed Forces, as the Russians don't have any MiG-21s in Syria. The Syrians are doing most of the high-risk bombings, and the Russians are giving them good support and undertaking the low-risk missions. The same strategy should have been used in Afghanistan by the USSR. They should have given the jets to Najibullah rather than risking the lives of their own soldiers.

You don't need to worry. Very few of the ISIS members are Turkish citizens. Most of their foreign fighters are from the European Union, or from the other non-EU countries within the European continent. Almost all of them are going to travel back to their own countries, once they could arrange the mode of travel from Turkey. Even if some of them decide to stay back in Turkey, they are going to remain in the "dormant" mode.
They can kill 120 people in the middle of the capital and I don't need to worry? What more can they do? This bastard Erdogan feed them and they kill my own people. Who will pay this? Aleppo is in the FSA controlled zone, not daesh. They'll wait for Russian bombs and spare parts to run out of stock. 
Russia can "win" in Syria only if it puts 50k troops on the ground, besides the Iranian and Hezbollah ones.
Putin will have a hard time justifying this next year, after Russian losses will mount. And the jihadis, sponsored by Saudi Arabia, will strike back in Russia itself.
