We have never experimented any problem with payouts but be very careful using CoinPot.co tokens (specially multiplier) at this moment.

UPDATE: Token conversion is not 10000 tokens / 1 USD.

eh?
how do you convert to USD in coinpot?
as far as i can see, you can only convert to the other crypto coins

I wanted to say that the conversion of 10,000 tokens would equal 1 USD (of course you can only convert to only BTC, BCH, LTC, DOGE or DASH cryptocurrencies).

This is not happen really. When you pre-convert a quantity to any cryptocurrency, then you can review the value and re-convert externally to USD, and usually the value for 10.000 tokens was 1 USD... but sometimes you pre-face the conversion result value and when you confirm that conversion then the result is different (lower of course). Be very careful converting coinpot tokens.

Yes, so he's honest and paying however, if you calculate the fee and compare it with https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ you'll see that there is a significant amount of waiting time on a transaction like this.

the suggested fee on that web site is 500 sat/byte
coinpot would have had to pay over $1000 USD to meet that suggestion!!! they would not survive if they tried to do that

im guessing faucethub and other micro-wallet services are all hitting the same issues

Absolutely, mexicantarget has a blub up on faucethub stating that btc withdrawals can take an awfully long time to confirm.

ive been affected by this too so i emailed their support and they have said that it should be fixed in the next few hours - whatever that means!!
lets wait and see Smiley

ok i got a replacement withdrawal now - but its still awaiting confirmation on the bitcoin network...

https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/1a214dece2ddfd0e3acd173b7a869ec84d712ace4b070ea48e2ab7a3ecd7de16

looks like they paid a big fee to try to force it through - over $200!!!!

did yours get included in this transaction too?

This really makes for a good case for devs to push Lighting networks etc as the fees are quickly getting to where the micro-payment  of bitcoin will wither and die on the vine or be eaten up in fees.

exactly right Smiley

coinpot are suffering like the rest of us, and are clearly taking a big financial hit trying to pay us. and of course there are big delays waiting for confirmation on the blockchain.
my strategy from now is to keep claiming bitcoin on the faucets but use coinpot to convert it to either bitcoin cash or litecoin and withdraw as this is much cheaper/faster
alternatively you could withdraw from coinpot to faucethub or xapo or coinbase instead as this is instant and free - but then you might have the same issues withdrawing from those services at a later date!!!

I'm confident that it'll be fixed, I just can't figure out what on earth that weird pair of transactions are, someone trying to hijack the payout or just the op returning the initial low fee transaction to himself to rebroadcast.

Coinpot have to date processed all my withdrawals etc on time and have done so in this case but unfortunately it looks like coinpot are having issues with payouts.

Initial payout on the 2nd which blocktrail calls a double spend:

https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/39f3a2c11d0df67cbc0d93ec641765ae6e3569cc2cf5c699c74e1672b6421fc2

However the second trasaction does not look like fee replacement by the op:

https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/49bc4f8d0e08520d571a16010d36f327d993dfbd81de364fffc2f08f1823cc79#tx_messages

Does anyone happen to know if this is an old school double spend or some fee opt in function that just shows up as weird on blocktrail?

Being cheap when running a microwallet is fine and understandable but being so cheap that stuff like this happens is getting pretty close to the absurd  Angry
