I am happy with discussions like this. looks fair rather than saying something bad.
I see a lot of people easily say scam and blah ...
the problem has been cleared.

What could the issue be then?
Try logging out from Kucoin and further log in. It should work. I have faced somewhat this type of problem and later fixed it. Sometimes, it also happens if you use old browser version, maybe.

Thank you, that worked.

What did you do to get it working? Upgrade your browser, or log out then back in?
I think he logged in and logged out as suggested by Little Mouse. If it's not a browser issue then the fault comes from kucoin themselves and as a user you just have to re-login.

And if it's not the ISP problem, it's just between those possible reasons, kucoin's end or your current browser. No need for other techniques to fix this issue.

When I click on security settings and try to change my trading password, I get a blank page. Anyone else? If it works for you, what browser are you on? Thanks.
1. Make sure your connection is good
2. Try to refresh the page, if the issue still remain, close your browser and try to clear your browser's cache
3. If the issue still same, try to update your browser to newest version
4. Recommended using chrome

It's like Logging In Time Out that you have to Log Out and then re-log in your account in Kucoin. If updating the browser that you are using Is not working then it is suggested that the best solution is to use new browser like firefox browser and also check your internet connection if it's fine.

Personally, I'd first try using different devices, probably a mobile phone, just for the sake of knowing if it's a problem with your device or with your account alone(though kinda unlikely). I'd just trial and error the crap out of it.

I think the issue is with the browser that you have used accessing the site. For now, try updating the browser that you have used or it may be because of your internet connection. I don't have high speed internet connection so I even have trouble with the forum not loading the website completely or cloudfare error but back to normal when you reload the site.

I'm using Firefox and it's working perfectly fine. I doubt it has something to do with your browser though, otherwise, you would've had multiple pages having a problem loading.
