Does the good old pressing down to paste the text not working?

In any case, an alternative is: (also on android)

select which coin wallet > in your upper right, select the 3 dots > share address > you'll be presented with available apps for quick sharing

It depends on the device you are using. Every device has a different way to save copied content. For example, I am using Samsung and there is Clipboard where a lot of copied content is stored. I can paste it anywhere from there. Check on your keyboard, the Clipboard 📋 should be around there. It's not the problem of the wallet. It should work direct paste as well.

Odd, I am on the latest version and it is using the standard copy / paste. There is the copy icon next to the address when you click it, it becomes a check-mark and then I can paste it into my email. Either Outlook or the GMail client works.

This is on Android, can't comment on the iPhone version.
Works on both my phone and my Tablet.

I think it's a built-in feature of your phone, like a clipboard, you just need to google how to display a history of copying text in the "clip tray" according to the type of phone you're using.

is there another way I could transfer the generated addresses outside of the app???  I hope to hear from you reasonably soon!!!
If Bitpay also allows users to highlight(select) addresses in the app directly, then that's an alternative.

I'm not that familiar with the BitPay wallet, but if it got copied as you're saying, then you should be able to simply paste the address. If it got added to the clip tray, you should see the option to open the menu whenever you're trying to paste something as well.

HI

With previous versions of Bitpay Apps, when I needed to generate an wallet address to "receive" a transaction. Now in the latest bitpay version I do
NOT that option in the "receive" section. It generates an address then there is a QR code.  I would like to send the newly generated wallet address to my
email as I did before. I touched the generated wallet address and a statement appeared that read "copied to clip tray" where can I locate the clip tray, and
is there another way I could transfer the generated addresses outside of the app???  I hope to hear from you reasonably soon!!!
