Did you try to access it with incognito mode? Maybe you are having trouble accessing the site because it uses the old cookies and cache you must clear the cache and history or just use the incognito mode to access the site it should be work.
If you are using firefox then use the private browse.

I think rebooting the router and changing your DNS to Google DNS might solve the issue.

I can also confirm the site works fine browsing from a German VPN (site may be blocked in China, too lazy to disable VPN here). As for fixing the issue which is on your end, in addition to what Potato Chips has suggested, restarting and/or resetting your router might also help. If you're using Chrome or Firefox, giving us an error code that the site throws when you're unsuccessful at loading it also helps out.

In the future, try using a site like Is it down right now? You'll be able to determine if it's the fault of the webserver or your network that way without having to post here.

Visited the site = works fine
Made a test account = works fine

I also tried checking their SNS and there was nothing indicating any technical issue.
If you want or if the problem still persists, write support ticket: https://bitlish.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/1

There's also a chance, the problem is on your side so you might wanna try clearing your cache and cookies and accessing the site in a different browser/device.

Oh yea, this should be on exchanges board. Move the thread by tapping the "move topic" in your bottom left.

Haven't been able to get on for the last 5-6 hours.  At first the website was down, but now the website is up, I just simply can't log in.  I get a message that says "please try again later."

Anyone else?
