I second this, nearly every well known crypto gambling/sports betting site has its own thread here. Try to get in touch with them at their thread, chances are way better that they contact you compared to a newly created thread which might never be read by one of the sportsbet staff members.

Do you have screenshots of the chat conversation? This is a severe accusation, you will need to prove what you are saying as soon as you confront sportsbet directly.

I have been a player on Sportsbet and had same sort of issues while betting live, but these consequences will occur considering that live matches have many possibilities - like the game changes every minute or it remains blank and nothing happens 'like in Soccer', while in tennis, you see the odds changing with every single game played and a score taken place on board.

I have a question -
Did you check 'Accept odds changes before bet placement' and 'Quick bet' in your preferences before placing one of those bets during live play?

In general O don't know why people think they will solve their issues and problems here on.forum.
First they should always address to the source of problem and try with all available mechanisms. On.forum you might get some advice and experiences but not the solution too and that is not the right way how to solve it.
And sometimes there isn't a.real problem but with such methods people try to get what are they not entitled to.

Lock this thread now, suggestions will be repeated by others because the right thing to do was already given. Write your concern on their thread, everybody knows that their account is very active there and responsive to each customer's concern.

Since you are a long-time customer, they would probably want to help you out

Live betting can be trickey and you did it on your cell phone, which is prob more difficult

They are very active there so you might get your answers. I don't think its necessary to create separate threads here. I far as I know they are friendly enough to resolve all the issue about their players. Also haven't seen much complain about sportsbet. So please try on their announcement thread.

I don't bet on Sportsbet which is why I cannot comment on your experience, but I don't think you will solve your problem by creating a separate thread in the gambling section and writing a wall of text.

You should have tried resolving this problem through their thread itself which would have been more appropriate. If your problem went unsolved, you could have created a scam accusation against them.

Also, why exactly did you continue gambling on their site with such big amounts if you were aware of this problem? You could have pulled out and saved yourself a ton of stress and money by switching to another site.

So in short you believe they scam you because you are seeking for compensation, then this thread should be move to scam accusation and put all the necessary stuff to support any accusation, you'll need it mate.

Actually, I am also using the site for my betting needs but I don't do live bet all the time and maybe we are into different game so I don't experience the same experience you have, maybe if its necessary the management has to improve their system to satisfy some customers.

Am using sportsbet for 4 years and more. I love sportsbet for their lightening fast withdrawals. Infact they are the best in the market when it comes to withdrawals. Any big a withdrawal will be credited in seconds.


But I hate to say they are the worst when it comes to handling customer issues.

For the last few days am having a huge problem with them

1. There is a huge flaw in sportsbet live betting system. They takes upto 10 seconds to place a bet. In that 10 second period if the odds decreases or the market comes in favour of customer. They simply reject the bet and ask to accept new decreased odds. But while bet loading, if the odds increased or the market goes against the customer, they simply place the bet without even asking customer confirmation at unintended unfair odds.

2. To put it simple, you want to take Team A at 1.6 odds in live betting. While bet loading, team A scored a goal and odds dropped to 1.1, the bet was rejected and asked to accept new 1.1 odds.

Now imagine, while bet loading, team B scored a goal and odds went upto 5 from 1.5 and market totally against us, now the bet was simply placed without asking conformation of new odds

3. So the market on favor of u, bets rejected
The market goes against u, bet accepted.

People who do live betting knows how big a flaw and unfair policy is this

I was hugely affected by this. All my winning bets were simply rejected or asked to do at less odds. While bets and markets against me and my unintended odds were placed.

Here u can see the bet slip odds is 1.17 2nd set 1st game

Just above it, market changed to 1.29 1.27. It didn't ask me to confirm. U can see nothing there in screenshot. But simply placed the bet at unfair odds.

Also check the time frame. Like this so many so many so many unfair bets.

I asked in chat. I pointed them out the flaw. But they simply harrased me. Threatened me to block and even blocked and sarcastically smiled for asking justice

All I said is sir I given proofs. I given facts. I pointed a flaw. You yourself check it by placing bets sir. No reply. No answers. Simply said nothing is wrong and lied and lied and harrased

Someone plesse help me

I still trust sportsbet and management.

Only problem with few customer care.

I lost and missed profits of more than 300mb
Atleast either u accept all or reject all.

But you reject all winning in my favor bets. While all bets with markets against me were placed. I suffers huge. Also huge stress and harassment to me by customer care for M politely asking my justice.

I need a compensation of 200 mb for these issues losses and stress I go through. I hope sportsbet management does it
