Just check their ann thread in this forum, it is full of scam accusation right now and many people are even filing complain to namecheap to seize the domain. I think you have just given away your hard earned bitcoin to some scammers. Can't believe that you have trusted a less than month old exchange platform.

Seems that you are not the only one who getting withdrawal problem. There are some other people also complaining that they did not get their withdrawal like you, so the problem is on the exchange.
