I hope that there is nothing wrong at Cryptsy, but I've been having minor issues with them for some time

Hello to the crypto community,

be very careful with using the exchange "Cryptsy.com" these days. There have been rumors about them anyway with regard to not complying with certain legal requirements. Though this has not been proven and could also turn out to be a dirty campaign against them, they definitely hold back bitcoin withdrawals. I tried to reach out to them several times via trollbox and submitted a ticket. In the end, they put me on ignore and I can't submit any further questions via the trollbox anymore.
People claim that some withdrawals have not been processed for weeks, few even say that they hold back funds for months now.
In my case it is now getting close to a week. Since they put me on their ignore list, I don't think I should hold back further with this important piece of information. Based on my own experience, I can only recommend to not deposit any more funds to "Cryptsy.com" and to withdraw your funds as soon as possible (it might work for most coins if you are lucky).
They told me a few times that the bitcoin will soon show up again. It never happened so far. I feel this is the only way to effectively make them take action.

Best regards

Oh this is not good. I have just read a thread where on of the users claims that he has connections with Cryptsy and that he can get your coins out of the exchange for some small provision. I didn't know what the hell is he talking about but we after reading this, now it makes sense.

I won't be cross-posting his post because people will think I have something with this poster but you will find a post easily if you go through the forum.

I wish that this is just a false alert and that everybody will get their coins back.
