I think that spreading of BTC slows down not only due to the lack of Internet but also due to some problems with the integration into the legislative framework.

the speed and the value of bitcoin now, i think all countries should embrace bitcoin, but why are some countries are still not accepting it?
It's simple, and then what to do with the national currency, but will not it lead to the collapse of the banking system or for example how to regulate all this and tax it. There are more questions than answers so far, that's why they do not accept it.

Bitcoin is not officially accepted as currency in many countries. However many countries are recognizing bitcoin in different way. Like some are recognizing it as asset, some as property, some as wealth. Thus it it is not true that many countries are not accepting bitcoin. Accepting bitcoin as national currency will undermine the national economy easily by enemy of that country. Thus many countries are not accepting it as currency.
Fine line is that in many countries bitcoin is NOT illegal which grants it as legal. Whereas five to six countries have banned bitcoin directly.
Bitcoin at this stage it will be very difficult accepted by any country as currency because of volatile nature. Speed of bitcoin transaction sucks big time.

What speed?  Cheesy

There's a reason why there significantly more bitcoin or crypto adoption in first world countries. Poverty rates in 3rd world countries are a lot higher; people couldn't even afford phones, there's no other cheaper device that they can use to use bitcoin; also, having internet connection needs a paid subscription, internet connection is probably not one of the priorities of poor people. Therefore demand is significantly lower.

Also, take into consideration of bitcoin's volatility. Businesses probably doesn't want to take the risk of having bitcoin and have it crash days/weeks/months after.

Lack of internet would be one reason. Internet is still not available worldwide, and without Internet one can not send/receive bitcoins.
