They saw the system error and sent my money inside to a different address. Even though the error has not been resolved yet, I was able to withdraw my money.

I'm canceling this issue.

Was it just 24 hours since your posting when you contacted them? How did it become stupid? It just hasn't been resolved yet. I think you should be more patient.  I hope that you could update us here on what happens. That will be helpful towards the future prevention of possible hacks and scams.

Telegram is a scammer paradise. Anyone can see this accusation thread and contact you pretending that they are from the service. It's easy to trick you. Please do not send any money if they ask. Let us know when it resolves.
This is what I have thought of immediately upon reading the post of OP. Maybe they have taken advantage of the name of Fairdesk and then made it "Official" or something.

No, I didn't get a response for about 3 days. At the end of this period, I opened a topic here and wrote a few replies to the tweet they sent from their twitter account, and they contacted me 2 hours after doing this.

They said they didn't have time to distribute the bonus campaigns to the public.

After a few hours, they'll run out of their promised 24-hour time to fix the problem. I'm waiting until then.

1 hour ago they contacted me via telegram and I tried to explain my problem in detail. They finally made sure it was a system error. They said they would confirm this bug within 24 hours. I'm currently waiting.

I contacted Fairdesk admins via Telegram and they are still not responding...

I'm pretty sure they are scammers now.

Nobody should trust this site. Definitely scammers...

Also:

They introduced themselves as the developers of Binance.

Source : https://finance.yahoo.com/news/former-binance-morgan-stanley-developers-144300790.html
Obviously that's what a scammer would do. Claim that they were developers of a popular exchange.

Have you noticed how all the articles and "News" are not more than a week old?

It seems the domain is over 10 years old and if I believe Yahoo Finance article then they seem to be after something.
It was probably used by a different service 10 years ago, and the scammers later bought it. Scammers also have ways of getting news into legit sites. Do not be tricked.

Whois shows that the domain was updated just last month, which probably means they acquired it recently

I contacted Fairdesk admins via Telegram and they are still not responding...

Didn't get any answer from them yet? I checked their website and found their Twitter link in the website. From what I saw on their Twitter they are saying that they are ex of binance. I don't know how accurate their claim is, I don't know what will happen to those who are attracted to this website after seeing their promotion.

I think those person may worked with Binance team but now they are  not working. It may happen for various reason. Their salary on binance is lower than this new site might be the main reason. It is not too serious. Binance might have a lots of worker and their business will not suffer any longer for them.

Yes you are right They used the name binance only to gain quick acceptance from crypto traders. They will have a different look at others who have worked at Binance, so they are interested in presenting themselves as ex employees of Binance. The main thing here is why this user's fund is stuck on this website? They need to keep an eye on whether they have the right answer or not.

How did you find them? It seems the domain is over 10 years old and if I believe Yahoo Finance article then they seem to be after something.

Yahoo has a deal with Prnewswire and publishes all their press releases.
So, if you think that gets any legitimacy, remember the Walmart story?
How did a fake Walmart press release about litecoin get on GlobeNewswire?

Neither in the about us or in the ToS is there any mention of the company, licenses, or the poeple who are running it.
It might be legit but at the same time, it's as shady as it can get.

And btw, the domain being 10 years old means nothing, at least in 2015 it was up for sale.

3 days ago I sent 58$ USDT to this site.
It is only 3 days so better wait for the response by the team. And as it is published on the yahoo news I don't think they are scammers. Also, if possible post your transaction id here so that anyone can see you are not lying. And I think there is something wrong. I have noticed you have tried to withdraw all of your fund. But there should have a fee, so better check transaction fee and try to make withdraw request. Or to check make a small withdrawal.

I'm adding the transaction number now.

What I want to tell you is a different situation. I can't transfer money from margin to spot. The system is giving an error. I can't transfer money from margin to spot, so I can't transfer my money from spot to a different exchange. Do you understand?

I had deposited money to take advantage of the bonus campaigns and later realized that it was stupid.

It's too late now...
I don't know what to take from this. The site looks fine to me and after reading the article from Yahoo Finance it seems legit. Also, the domain itself is not new. Are you sure the exchange is fully functional, and they are in full operation?

I can't get my money from margin in any way. I want to transfer this money to another exchange, but the system does not allow it in any way. I have emailed the support team several times and they have not responded to any of them.

SINGAPORE, Sept. 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Recently, six former Binance executives and three former software architects from the FICC department of Morgan Stanley launched a new crypto exchange called Fairdesk this September.

Maybe you should be waiting to hear from their customer service. But I would not deposite anything yet with them.
