Antminers always come back on as long as they have power so they typically recover themselves after a power failure.

Antminers always come back on as long as they have power so they typically recover themselves after a power failure.
I have an bunch of antminers s9 and I want to be able to turn in on remotely in case of power loss, there is any way to do this through software or I have to buy a smart plug for each asic?
