I can not sleep for a long time if my brain does not work well enough during the day. At work I have to get up early, so I'm also trying to save coffee.

Americans do it better
I don't need to count the bitcoin I have. I know exactly and have it stored in my brain memory how much bitcoins I have. My brain doesn't allow me to sleep when I am making calculations like how much will I be paid from this job and that job. How much I will save a part to buy bitcoin the following week or the following month. These are my thoughts that only sometimes take my sleep away at night.

Hmm. I don't count Sheep. I count my Bitcoin too. However not early in the morning or late in the night. I never have big problem getting sleep. And I wish this will continue as I do not wish to count anything before sleeping.

Well how I usually sleep in similar cases, is I imagine any form of entertainment(movie, novels , videos etc.) then I just think/start imagining about it. About 5-10 mins later you fall asleep

Often I have to try so hard to fall asleep which of course is effort, and anything that takes effort isn't anything that's going to allow you to fall asleep.

It's 6:00 a.m. and as thoughts of bitcoin run through my mind I'm forced to stay up through the night.

What helps you guys sleep when you have so much running through your head yet you have to sleep to function properly the next day? Luckily for me coffee does a good enough trick to allow me to function as if I hadn't stayed awake all night.
