It's hard to be recognized. Maybe if you change the color of the symbol BTC to gold, probably it would make sense.

If you're going to try and use marketing slogans to promote your brand, you could at least check to make sure they make some sense. I'm fairly sure you're also breaking some trademarks or copyright, by using the superman logo like that.

It is unlikely the owners of the superman brand would ever come after people selling T-shirts like yours. But if it did ever happen then they could claim that you are damaging their brand by creating confusing products, so no, you cannot just go around modifying and reselling other logos for any use. What other people are doing is irrelevant, they may be taken to court independently or not bothered at all.
