OK, thanks once again! I have one more question if you don't mind. What happens if the transaction doesn't get confirmed in the next 24 hours or for a couple of days for example?

You just have to wait until it's confirmed. Eventually it will be. Although I do feel your pain.

Thanks for answering neighbor! I really hope it will be soon, considering I'm losing my patience, since I paid for some service and I can't get it until there is a confirmation. Can you tell me how you convert fees to satoshi?

Sure, divide the fee by the number of bytes in your transaction and multiply by 100 million.  That gives you satoshis per byte.

So the fee you paid ~ 51 satoshis per byte puts you at somewhere between 3 and 38 blocks presently.  Since you've already waited for ~ 38 blocks, I would say your transaction will be confirmed imminently.

I've sent $40 to some address from my electrum wallet and after 8+ hours it's still not confirmed. Here is TxId https://blockchain.info/tx/d994bc191baa0a1399c6d7964db03003aba024cda5e7220bfe9df1a1a1d2d459

I was using old electrum client without a slider for picking a dynamic fee, but since I updated it recently, I totally forgot about it and it was set on the lowest fees aka "within 25 blocks". Can anything be done in this case in order to get a confirmation? If not, how much it could take to finally get a confirmation? Sending again to the same address is not an option unfortunately.
