The website looks like it's from 1995, that's academic enough for me. Actually looking forward to some well-written Bitcoin research.
Just as long as this is not another "Bitcoin Foundation" attempt where people create a leadership organization to profit from and pay CEO salaries to admin clerks. I wonder what the intention and goal will be for this Peer review?
