I have done the impossible 900 times!  Smiley

I'll race you to the 1,000 earned merits. I'm not sure what the winner will get though.

i searched so hard within your posts, found nothing that deserves any merit, only 1 fine post that has a valid point which i gave you a merit for.

Ugh.  Now we will have everyone posting their woes here.  :/

i am willing to merit Newbies for even semi-good posts so that they stop whining about the merit system.

now you are no longer a newbie, and you did the impossible,so stop whining and so stop shit-posting on the shittiest board "ALT" , go to the technical boards, learn more about bitcoin and participate at the right places, always try to be a constructive poster. i got almost 200 merits in like a month or two. nothing is impossible you just need to post good quality posts.

Good luck

Yes, I agree that the new rules are not entirely fair to new users. But this is the positive side. People will try to write constructive, high-quality posts.

Hi guys I'm new here, I'm glad I could join the community! I also hope to become a valuable member of the community. I am member of the other forums as well and what I experienced is that if your post answers or opinions which gives other users a value you can be sure that you will gain some higher ranks soon. Wish you all the best!

At least when you often resemble this forum and contribute in it you will know that merit is no longer important to look for, but the knowledge that you should be looking for. Especially when you have an investment in crypto currency, you can make this forum a reference for selling and buying a coin.

I completely disagree.
I have got around 8 merits in 2018 and 10 in 2019.
I would send my special thanks to all the guys, however I don't want
to make their name public because I know some people will message
them and beg for merits.

Let me tell you how merits have changed my life: they haven't. Merits are
useful for when someone makes an excellent and marvelous comment or
topic.
In other words, if you don't get enough merits don't blame Bitcointalk, but
yourself for making low quality posts.

Also if you stay on Bitcointalk for the merits, you can leave. Most people
are here for the sake of entering in contact with AMAZING projects and AMAZING
people. I found this guy (can't give you his public nickname) who told me to
download Brave Browser while also supporting his project. Do you know how I
felt supporting his project through my small contribution? AWESOME.

We don't really care about the merit system because it doesn't give you
any big advantages.
You can't convert your merits into Bitcoins. You can't convert your Bitcoins into
merits. Instead, merits recognize how long you have been on this forum and your
contributions to it.

I can see that you've been on this forum a year and half earlier than me. Your activity is also
lower than mine. If you want a solution to your problem,
be more active, create high quality posts, leave high quality and useful comments

I don't think it's that difficult to earn merit here once you up your game and your English is well constructed to making constructive posts, you will earn.

I'm rather new here and I'm definitely not here for gaining merits, because this won't stop me from exploring the forum and educating myself on various topics. And if I feel that I have something to add, I do it. Not because someone should praise me for it, but because the topic seems interesting. Often I do not say anything, I just learn from the discussion.

Why are you so worried about gaining merits? Just enjoy. And when you feel like you have something to say - do it. I'm sure someone will give you a merit sooner or later.

Yes I will gain 1 or 2 merit per year ,I will be able to be   member within 40 years great

Also your post seem spammy
