Unfortunately it is too late but if you don't have too much bitcoin there is no need to worry about bitcoin cash..

We will see what ultimately happens. I sold my BCH and bought alts which ran 20-30% yesterday. In the end if you make the right moves you can still come out on top.

too bad,
The fork is already happening, and it looks like you will not get the BCC right now. It seems you do not pay attention to information about fork and let your savings in altcoin.

Either way it is not that a bad move at all, because OP can still earn from altcoins the same way as others earned from bcc. Also let me correct you, the fork had already happened yesterday and what we see now is the result of what happened, those who held their bitcoin getting free money, and those who dumped and have not rebought got nothing. Too bad they believe in those FUDS that has been spread all around.

I couldn't find my ledger nano until about 20 min ago and 90% of my holdings were in altcoins... Is there anything I can do?

I assume not, but figured if I was going to ask, I'd ask here
If all of your savings was in alt coins then there is no way that you will be getting the rewards now as the chain has being created after the fork and some of the major exchanges started trading the coins as we speak, there were tips and guides about the fork for a long time and if you were closely monitoring these movements you should have noticed already.

Yes, it's too late.
But news about this fork have been out there for weeks, how did you manage to find your ledger nano so late?
It's as if you intended to screw up this royally, lol.

You just said my mind in that even if one is sleeping on the forum for the past weeks, you will have reason to open your eyes and see what's going on to know the action to take. Aside that, there have been several exchange sites that have equally made some release as news letters as well as mail to various email addresses on their platform for any one to take action but now its definitely too late only if you will buy.

You will not get any Bitcoin Cash because you did not hold BTC when the split happened even though you have a private keys or no you still can not claim it.
Bitcoin Cash created based on our Bitcoin,it's total Clone how much you have Bitcoin in your pocket = Bitcoin Cash you will get.
the only way to earn it is buying that thing on exchanger.
you can go to Bitfinex,Bittrex and other exchanger

although you missed it,i think with your action buying an altcoin it's a wise move by the way.
you will profiting from it,so nothing to lose for you.

Yes, the fork already happened, you can not obtain BCC now, but you can still buy them with your altcoin later on if you want. There's probably going to be a crash, even if brief. Vast majority of people do not have access to their BCC yet for trading/withdrawal etc... So you can maybe set a very low limit order and try to buy some if you want to own some BCC.

The coins you had on your ledger will be on the BCC chain, so you have these coins. You will have every BTC you have in the BCC chain assuming you control the private keys.

Obviously the altcoins have nothing to do with any of this. Also why are you keeping 90% on alts? that is insane unless you don't have that much money and you are taking big risks.
