Lol, so you can attack pirate as much as you want, but get called up on scamming people yourself and its a personal attack?
I wonder if Bitcoin magazine cannot afford to print enough magazines for everyone that ordered one, sp they rely on new customers to pay for old customers magazines

How is a delay on delivering a magazine a scam?
They have delivered and i believe they will.

There are a fair few stories of people not getting their magazine, or ordering more than one and only getting one, There has only been one problem with pirate in 8 months, this one, and as you said of bitcoin magazine "They have delivered and i believe they will. ", Well pirate has always delivered (on time at that) and I believe he will, apart from that I was (mainly) joking about the 'scamming' part, just a reference to the fail of team ponzi yelling scam with no proof, but bitcoin magazines practises have been worse than pirate on all counts from my pov.
My balance is, my business :p, lets just say 4 figures, none of which will be sold when I get them.
