but, something strange in izichain announcement thread,,
most of people in their thread is newbie account

It looks so weird there was no a lot of people are actively discussing about this project even in the telegram group. It looks like the telegram group was using bot to increase its members. This project looks suspicious for me personally dude.
They are in need of people to disseminate this project to them and the admin of the telegram is very active, not using bot to increase membership, you can check again. They will be happy if you participate in advertising this project for them.
