The early birds will reap the greatest rewards. There's a big old element of risk in nailing your colours to the mast but you don't get to the position he has without making some leaps into the unknown.

It'll be fun to see how others play catch up, if they can bring themselves to do that at all.

I think he changed his bio to "#Bitcoin" months ago. Check it out: https://web.archive.org/web/20200224043108/https://twitter.com/jack

OP says there could be a "Hidden message", another user says it's "sign", @PrestonPysh says that Jack knows something that we don't..I say don't read too much into it, I think Jack simply wants to promote something that he loves, nothing more.

I guess we will see much more of these social platforms to support bitcoin especially that the halving is coming in the next few weeks, a great thing to see this day indeed. However, @Avikz is right a billionaire like him would likely to give the market more waves making the price movement a lot quicker that trading is going to be hard. I think the bullish market is taking off soon, I notice how the price change in just a couple of hour from $7K to $7.5K , quite a sign for what is coming.  Wink

It is a serious message or sign because we know it is not a prank on April 1. He may know about something big to happen in the near future. Halving must attract public, both people who hold Bitcoin/altcoins and those who are just curious. More public figure or influential people show their supports, the bullish are increasingly likely to happen. We know that crypto market is quite sensitive with current news/ issues around.

Jack has been a proponent for Bitcoin for sometime now. His payments company "Square" has a crypto division. He is a big supporter of transparent cash flows as is evident from the way he has put up the billion dollar fund from his own kitty for COVID-19 and other causes. What would have been huge is if he had put up a part of those payments in the form of BTC and defined those addresses.

Anybody could then track the usage of those funds. The idea that Govt expenditure should be on bitcoin for everyone to see, verify and prevent corruption is a powerful one. Of course we cannot hope that the Govts will do it. It'd be great if charities and then private institutions set this as an example to begin with.

I just happened to stumble on this article which stated that Jack who’s the CEO of twitter has removed everything and has kept only bitcoin in his bio. Normally I would not have paid much attention to it, but with the halving event coming up do you’ll think that it’s just a coincidence? or is there a hidden message for us to figure if yes what do you’ll think that message could be?.
