The post you quoted was made in February. The jackpot back then probably was 20k and it keeps growing when no one is lucky enough to win it.
Crypto-games.net recently added a progressive jackpot. Current Jackpot is 0.3btc

BTW, dadice offers 1.XX BTC jackpot, for rolling time stamp and id are prime number, to roll 0 or 99.99. If they are happened in the same roll, jackpot is hit.
But that is too little for this hardest jackpot. To match the timestamp and bets id on prime number is sure hard enough, I did it plenty of times but seems it never match prime number and at last I didnt win on their jackpot but lose enough of bitcoin there plus their roll is too slow makes it harder
