Just my first impressions. The website loaded slowly compared to other websites and once inside I saw where to put the address but didn't see the captcha to complete. You'd have to make it a little more obvious and faster, to get more users or for me to recommend the site to other people.
I agree that 500 satoshi an hour is a good payout compared to most faucets, but I wouldn't do it unless it was easier to get to the faucet part.

Sure, on December 8th we will place every ticket into a random raffle. Each ticket is associate with the user that earned that ticket. We will use a certifiably fair # picker and choose one ticket as the winner. That winner will then be notified when he or she makes another claim following the drawing. We will then send the winnings to that winners bitcoin address which will be verified on the Blockchain. We hope the winner will agree to a short testimonial about their winnings, but of course, we understand the winner may want anonymity and therefore may decline this request. Hope this helps!
