It is being reported that Jake Paul is set to box Canelo Álvarez in May. Maybe this will be the finale of the Paul Brothers reality series. We’ll have to see if it actually happens. It seems like the Paul brothers have been making a lot of clickbait announcements lately. What do you think? Real fight or no?

Let’s consider this as Jake Paul’s “early retirement” because Canelo is nowhere near the level of fighters he’s previously dominated. But let's cut the shit, this fight is not happening. Jake Paul is just stirring up another hype train to get people talking, and before we know it, he’ll already have an easy fight lined up where he’s the clear favorite again.

Jake Paul is great at grabbing attention, but not everyone is dumb enough to fall for the hype.

The real fight for Canelo is against Crawford, not Jake Paul.

Canelo is an undisputed fighter, he holds several titles in different weight classes and wouldn't Canelo have fight with Crawford? Obviously the fight with Jake Paul if it really happens then it will be just warm up fight for Canelo before he actually fights Crawford.
It seems like Jake Paul will have serious problems with his body after the fight if Canelo unleashes all his power in this fight, I want to see Canelo not hold back and still fight professionally even though this is just an exhibition fight so that Jake Paul can feel the bitterness of defeat and can't be so arrogant.

Just ever this will happen, not a real fight, for sure, just for show and money again.
Just in case this fight will happen in a professional boxing match, I'm going all in for Canelo Alvarez, I am positive Jake Paul won't stay longer. But if this is only an  exhibition fight, maybe Jake Paul will stay longer so the show must go on, more money.

Here are the boxing records of these two:

Of course if this match is serious or professional, if you look at the record or statistics, Canelo Alvarez is superior and will certainly win the match against Jake Paul. But I believe this match is because of money and the match will last long until the end of the round just to entertain boxing fans which ends with Jake Paul's points victory.

Canelo Alvarez is a great boxer and also has decades of experience and Canelo Alvarez has had more than 50 professional fights, and if this fight is not for money I am sure Jake Paul will lose by KO, maybe in the 5th round.

Agree. This will be the end of Jake. Canelo is the most experienced boxer and still in his prime. But I wonder how much he'd be offering to Canelo since Canelo iirc he asked $40M against Buenavidez.

It would be an easy fight for Canelo. If Mike had strike him hard at such age, Canelo would punish him like he will really drop if he'd turn this fight a pro.

I thought the Paul brothers would go at each other until they denied that news. If this fight will push through Jake Paul, just signed the end of his boxing career, Canelo will not hurt this guy but knock him out—a kind of knockout that will make him forget boxing.
Lets see if this fight will happen; if it does happen, no one will bet for Jake Paul, as Canelo is still a very dangerous boxer.
