Ah, ok. I took them out and put them back in, so that explains it.

That tilting looks weird. Get that sink off, put new thermal paste on the chips, and put the sink back. Better leave the side casing (both parts) and top plate off and have the fan blowing down on he sink, do the last only when you're really sure you want to run it without the side casing. Much better cooling and you halved the noise too. I get about 10-13 degree C. above ambient temp on a heavy overclocked jalapeno this way.

Every 30 seconds or so, my Jalapeno goes to 5900Mhps for a second then back up to 7300.... It only lasts for a fraction of a second.
Is this normal? If not, any idea why it happens?
Could it be heat throttling? What temp is it reporting? Mine runs around 7450 with much less variation than you're reporting, at up to but usually below 45˚C. Also, what software and what pool are you using?Is this normal? If not, any idea why it happens?
