But sha everybody have the book he/she believes, and there's different religion, it left for you to choose which to believe, the issue of first fruit, given all salary to the church so that you will be blessed the rest of year, I don't think is nice idea, because who God will bless shall be blessed, God is not human that we think if you don't him, he won't give you, no god is not like that he can bless anyone at any point, that God.
And again the reason why I said is not good idea it because people in the church, there pockets is different some have to give while some don't even have what they will eat throughout that day,and when it comes to religion everyone would like to gv God, those who don't have a starting point where will they begin?

People this days believe whatever they choose to even though is not in confirmity with the bible. I've read about bringing 10% of your income in the store house of God from the bible, I've not read about first fruit, and why do I have to give my entire salary to the church, is that what the Bible said. People should take time to read the Bible so they won't be mislead because it's looking like we have more people that just attend Sunday-Sunday church service without taking time to read the Bible on their own. As for me I don't practice it, and I don't think it should be encouraged in christendom.

Omo We have more foolish people in this country than the wise ones. This country only favour criminals. But first fruit, tithe and seed are all means ofstealing from the church members. Jesus didn't teach about tithe and seed the Apostles didn't also preach it. So why are we preaching today. We ought not to do anything the Apostles didn't do or teach. Giving is good but Don't make it look like its compulsory.

Those people shouting Amen are the ones that emboldens those pastors to open their month say those things, when you have gullible members that don't open the bible to read on their own, this are the results you will get. Did the bible record January to be the first month of the year, that they will have to say that whatever you have in January you have to bring it to the pastor, we have lots of pastors that are so entitled and have refused to seek for jobs. Omo na God go help us for this country oh, politicians dey one side dey do their own, pastors too dey do their own.

Your are sounding this way because your enlightened to the word , I may not argue because you have a broader knowledge the bible said we should study to show our self approved many don't study believe in anything they hard , even when the word has also let us know that many will be fake prophet or man of God who are agent if anti Christ will and eager to decieve many because of ignorant will yield to their doctrines without confirming the word if it's truth. Do many contrary teaching today that has go beyond give but stealing from the worshipers, until whom is yield to anything he or she hard without given sense of details research or study to show approved as the bible recommended many will still fall prey to this so called Yahoo men and teachers of the word or gospel.

I do not practice first fruit as an adult but I used to practice it when I was still leaving with my parents. What the Bible teaches is the giving of tithing and offering and not first fruits. God blessings comes from giving him one tenth of every profits that you make for the year. And also when you give him offering and praises when you come to worship him. God wants us to help people around us then we pretend to care about him. We forget too soon that God looks through our hearts and not our actions because he knows that the actions can be faked for the praises of others to be received and when we want to receive something from.him.too but what we think is the real us. Apart from tithes and offering, giving to God should be optional and not mandatory.

i know of the principle of sowing and reaping but i also know that God loves a cheerfully giver that gives from the sincerity of his heart and not because he is being forced to do so. i don't give all my January earnings in church not because it is a bad thing but just because it is not my own way of giving. if i see a need in the church, i personality decides to solve that problem without even making a vow or telling anyone. i work towards it and by the end of the year, i do the one i am able to do.

even as January first fruit no be bad thing, e get as you go take plan am wrong e just affect the rest of your year.
