Who speaks Japanese in Africa, USA, South America etc....   

they have many experience the earthquake. so they think abouts many counterplan.

Leaving is the only alternative if natural disasters are getting worst some how people should live to do anything   

This is a major problem in japan and the losses they had are uncountable and I hope they will take a decision quickly   

"Natural disasters" are currently the biggest "enemies" of mankind, because when these disasters occur, people have little resistance! But Japan will not move because of such a disaster!

Every country that is near pacific is in danger to this kind of calamity even the ones who are far , there will be a calamity in every country. Its easy to say for them to go somewhere where in fact this earth is already crowded and full of shit, japanese people deserve another planet

Japanese scientists must invent a technology that could at least compensate due to Japan being at the Ring of Fire and natural disasters hit them multiple times in severe cases. I love Japan and their cultures....  And Anime.

But that does not matter for a 9.3 earthquake or dangerousmother

Japanese people must buy Gold because Gold is universal investment and you will get your money in all the countries.

Problem to japan means problem for the entire economy in the world because it is a giant among developed countries so surely sooner they will take a decision regarding this matter or lot of life's will be in danger 

In my opinion it is impossible if the Japanese population will leave the country only because of natural disasters. They must have loved their homeland despite the great disaster on their land

Japan had many problems like these through out the history so they build everything to face in terrible earthquakes but that won't protect forever yes it is better to leave now   

Japanese live well against earthquake for thousands year.

I thought the Japanese brought up most of NYC during the 80's ? perhaps they can take up there?

They are brilliant people any country would support them in those situations 

I wonder where to place 140 million people to move them?  The idea is not successful!

It is better to take a decision rather than later because human lives are important more than anything   

I am working in a japanese owned company here in Philippines.When earthquakes strikes here our japanese boss just laugh and said that earthquakes is normal to them.Maybe Japan is well prepared in those kind of tragedy.I have heard that even their houses their in Japan are well built and cant easily destroyed by earthquake unless if it is very strong and Japanese people are well trained especially in emergency cases like earthquakes.All Japanese leaving their country is kinda impossible.

Japanese people are very industrious. They could figure out how to convert themselves, physically, into creatures that could adapt to every kind of climatic or geological change. Think of Godzilla. They could even make themselves into people who could live inside of active volcanoes.

If you look at it that way then yes, that is possible but be realistic, that's never gonna happen because no nation is dividing itself willfully. If they go anywhere, they'll go together. All 130million of them.

No country would accept that many people because it would be the end of it. Japan could potentially buy a part of some big country like Russia, USA or China and settle there but I don't see that happening ever. They are proud, smart and resourceful people and they'll figure something out.

Those who want to leave in the safer place already moved from Japan.

People need to have their land to stay in a country if they move on the different states of peace of land it won't be the same country then.

No one is prepared for a 9.5 earthquake.  It would be prohibitively expensive to build everything to withstand that much force.

We would also need to evacuate the western coast of North America...

The next big Earthquake (9.5) is predicted for Japan. Japan got hit by some big earthquakes and Tsunamis since Japan is in Earthquake prone region.

So Japanese people must leave Japan and go to other countries. Japan has the money since Japan has been among the top 5 economies for past decades. Japan also has the technology.

Japan is in the Ring of Fire so it gets the most Earthquakes. Joe of Dual Survival once said "Mother Nature will kick you in the face" when he did the TV show where Joe and Matt had to cross a flowing river.
