This is the best exchanger for many reasons. Even if you have any problems they will solve them at any time. I would also like to note that the processing of the order is very fast, as well as the transaction itself. I exchanged BUSD into my QIWI wallet at a good exchange rate.
Respect.
If I didn't look at your post history, I'd thought you are a paid poster to boost this exchange. Since you said this is the best exchange, mind giving some examples of how they compare to other platforms? What comparison did you use to judge them? The support part is definitely interesting since most instant exchanges don't really offer reliable support. Heck, even big exchange fails to provide reasonable responses in most cases.

As mentioned above, speed is not the only factor that counts. I used many instant exchanges in the past and most of them are quite fast, but does that mean I'd recommend them to most users? Not really. Most of them rely on other parties which can flag you with a KYC anytime. Not to mention there is no reliable way to protect your funds in case they run away. In fact, if they don't offer speed, nobody would use them. A fast order speed is mandatory for a service like this, since they compete with decentralized exchanges, or to some extent centralized exchange which offers better reliability.

How do you know that they will solve all the problems? Have you tried it yourself? Did you get all the problems and they solved them?

Also, speed is not what makes the exchange good or not, perhaps because your transaction was BUSD on the Binance network so it was completed quickly, but the speed does not have to be the same on all networks.

Of course, speed and support are good things in the exchange, but there are more important things. In the first place there is trust, and then comes privacy (do they ask for KYC, do they ban you based on IP...etc)

At the start of the exchange, we made a weekly promotion and paid our customers $ 2 for each honest review left) Smiley
It is really hard to tell if their review is really honest since I don't know Russian, but if you really want valuable feedback you should open a review campaign on this forum. I bet that would be more valuable than asking spammers to spam your trust rating on random websites with positive compliments unless that's what you want.

Anyway, it's not really a big matter about the name but what's more important is the concern that has been said above and hopefully that the devs you've notified will act on it quickly.
IMO it depends on each user. Personally, I'm more familiar with the other project, hence why I said they feel like a copycat considering both of them offer a similar service (exchange) if you don't look closely. I don't think rebranding is such an issue if it can avoid such negative perception, but of course it is probably not a priority if your service is not even running properly.

Just looked at their ratings on review sites [1], taken 2 samples[2][3] that have the most reviews.
https://i.ibb.co/LYq31Q9/maxresdefault.jpg

All reviews between the both sites are almost submitted on the same date. A catchy coincidence.

I still see some Russian texts, are you just trying to focus on your Russian market? Anyway, I've got a little concern just about your name.

It doesn't sound like an exchange though but more on this.

Jarvi'sexchange.com

LOL.

Anyway, I've used the same service but what hugeblck has brought up is a concerning matter. We'll wait for your answer towards usage of the same address and your system shouldn't accept wrong address format the other cryptos to be sent or accepted.

Our name has its own interesting explanation.
Everyone has seen the movie Iron Man. The main character had a virtual assistant named Jarvis.

We want to become a virtual assistant in the exchange of cryptocurrencies and work as flawlessly as he worked in the movie) We are learning and doing our best for this!)
Yeah, jarvis is very familiar to me.

I just had that thought that it sound like x-rated when I've read it continuously when I've visited your website. The meaning suits but instead of rather, the one that I've searched says "really."

Anyway, it's not really a big matter about the name but what's more important is the concern that has been said above and hopefully that the devs you've notified will act on it quickly.

Are you in any way related to Jarvis Network[1]? I'm more familiar with Jarvis Network and I've never heard of a new service from them since they offer an instant swap already. If you are not related, I think you might consider changing your name so that it doesn't sound like a cheap copy/phishing site of Jarvis Network exchange. Honestly, I thought you are scammers pretending to be Jarvis Network when I see your link. Now, you seem sketchy at best.

Also, I can confirm that I don't see any language updates. Most of the content is still in Russian. I don't know what you have changed if there is any change at all.

They are not the same. Jarvis Network is the DEFI project with JRT tokens.

This Jarvis exchange seems purely for Russia. I was wondering if there is a digital RUB that we can send out to our wallet actually. That would be nice.
If this will have no KYC, it will be a good option after LocalBitcoins shutdown which was popular among Russians before the KYC implementation.

:)We have fixed this error, now the site is fully adapted to English. All all commissions are already taken into account during the exchange.) We are waiting for you)
Let's try your service. I chose to transfer from Bitcoin to USDT (TRC20,) it asked me to enter a USDT address, and I entered a wrong address, (in fact, I entered a Bitcoin address) and the address was accepted.

I tried to make another transfer and it asked me for the same BTC address as the previous deposit, so how does your service distinguish between two transfer? What will happen if I sent a value less than the required deposit?
then I clicked on I paid and get Order №123224 has been accepted for processing. Huh

If I don't get logical answers, I will give a negative trust with warning that this exchange is a scam.

Regarding the wallet validation error, we have notified the developers of our software. They are aware of this bug and will fix it at the end of the month. But now our programmers have solved this problem, through their own revision.

:)Forgive us for this mistake. We promise to work even better.)

Perhaps you need more details because the site does not give much, but what is the essential feature of your site that distinguishes them from thousands of Instant exchange, you can find a list here ----> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-instant-exchanges-5218464.

I noticed that the exchange rate: 1 BTC = 22806.97 USDT Are there additional fees or are the transfer fees included in a lower exchange rate?
Do you rely on other platforms to provide liquidity?
Why is the transfer time of 5 minutes not supposed to be instantaneous after the transaction is confirmed?

A lot of text are still in russian despite the language being set to english e.g. the whole FAQ page, you need to work on that first if you wanna bring this to english board/s. Meanwhile you may try in the russian local board.
