he scammed me as well yesterday for 25$
I paid for The Division key code through PAYPAL
once he received his money he stopped replying!
he closed the thread and marked it as SOLD.. LOL
I tried to contact him and nothing.

Or because he is under 18 to own a legit paypal account you have to be 18 right?

Getting scamed when buying a pp acc. Damn son you deserve it. I dont see a valid reason to do so except from using it for scams...
It is always a high risk buying a Paypal account, even if he does have the account to give you it is unlikely that it will last very long at all. It is explicitly prohibited to trade your account and has to be for them to meet finance regulations. You might just have to take the hit as an expensive lesson.
What happened: I was looking for a fully verified PayPal account and so he PM'd me saying that he had 1 for sale, to just send the money to his paypal account as a gift. I did, & he has completely ignored me since I paid.

Your PayPal link won't work, nobody can see that except you. Make a screenshot. Same thing with the PMs, make screenshots.

Newbie scammed a Newbie why you not used escrow? you can try to call paypal and tell them he tricked you to send it via gift payment maybe you will be lucky and get your funds back.
Make some screeenshot from the pm's is better than just copy paste and this paypal link will not work you should make pictures and upload them to www.imgur.com for example
