For anyone wondering what sorcery is happening here : OP is just clearing his DNS cache.To explain a bit further ,

I have an old phone from 2014 that runs android 2.3 but I can browse this forum very well with it. Also, what OP is experiencing is weird and I thought javascript is enabled client-side and not depending on someone's network connection. Try enabling javascript on the browser or updating your plugin (if it has any) to fix the problem.

Also while I'm here commenting, I'm also experiencing an 'insecure connection' whenever I run this forum on a 3G connection. Idk but it's happening with whatever network I'm at here in the Philippines.
