You always need to have JS enabled to login due to the captcha. You can avoid this by getting a captcha bypass link at https://bitcointalk.org/captcha_code.php once you are logged in.
I have been logging in only through Captcha Codes for over an year.  I still meet the same trouble, Cloud Flare blocks me even if I bypass Captcha.
You are not alone. Sometimes even changing the circuit does not work. It keeps loading to check the page.

This doesn't have anything to do with using tor. It is possible to use JavaScript with tor, and some who do not use tor have JavaScript disabled.
I know that both types of browsers can work with or without JavaScript, but that's not why I mentioned it. I only mentioned Tor because PrivacyG said that the problem occurs when he is trying to log in and navigate the forum using that browser.

Are you sure it is not the Tor Nodes being flagged by Cloud Flare?

I still meet the same issues.  I can barely Browse Bitcoin Talk due to it.

I am not using Bitcointalk through TOR so I wouldn't know.

I am not using Bitcointalk through TOR so I wouldn't know. However, I noticed some slowness and downtime yesterday to the point that the forum was either slow to load or wouldn't load at all. That happened in the afternoon and evening hours, European time. People are already talking about DDoS attacks.

Could be because of cloudflare being always-on due to the DDoS attack that was happening?
Does the Cloud Flare being always on implicitly mean that Java Script becomes a requirement for everybody?
I know javascript is required to be on for cloudflare to work on, now that the forum have downtime lately, i assumed cloudflare does getting on is reasonable, thus what you're experiencing is the effect of it.

Anybody else got this issue or is it just me?  Though I guess the amount of Users running Bitcoin Talk with no Java Script is way too low to have a proper answer..
I haven't faced such issue in many days and I believe there's something wrong at your end. I've been able to use the site properly without any issues. I believe it may be issue of the browser that you're using to access the site.

Does the Cloud Flare being always on implicitly mean that Java Script becomes a requirement for everybody?  I am asking because resetting the Identity of my Tor Browser usually solves the problem, but it takes many resets before it finally does.  And then the Cloud Flare pops up again.

Maybe it was a DDoS attack directed through Tor and this is why most of the Identities have really limited access.  But it is strange how many of them only load a page once, then Cloud Flare intervenes again.

Lately I have been having really bad issues with 'Java Script must be enabled to continue' type of messages while trying to log in to Bitcoin Talk.  It got really bad in the past few days.  Up to the point where I try to load the page dozens of times until I finally give up.

Anybody else got this issue or is it just me?  Though I guess the amount of Users running Bitcoin Talk with no Java Script is way too low to have a proper answer..
