Since you are using an iOS device I would suggest you try something else that isn't Jaxx. A lot of suggestions have been made around the forum and some of the most recommended iOS wallets are:

BRD
Mycelium
Blockstream Green

Those are direct links to their websites from where you can download the wallets for your device. Always do your own independent research when it comes to your money and the security of it.

No they are not lost.
1.  I have done exactly what you could have been doing but i still got my Litecoin address back every time. But when you enable your litcoin address once again. There is an option of "click to initialize" that always comes up. Did you click to initialize?

If not try disabling and enabling and see if it works

2. IF all fails. I hope you already have your seed phrase backed up. Clear the cache or data of the app. If on PC delete and reinstall the app, recover your wallet using the seed phrase. This should work.

Emphasis on first making sure you backed up the right seed phrase before you delete your app.

You saved my day with your reply.  Glad it happened to someone else who solved it.  At first I did not initialise as I was too intimidated to do something wrong.  I wrote to jaxx support. No reply from them yet.
I did now initialise and my 31 LTC was back.  THANK you for your help.  Very appreciated. Hope when you need  ""1700 dollars""help one day that someone returns the favor.
God bless you

I'd recommend you to not use jaxx.
Their developer are extremely incompetent.

The Desktop version has a severe vulnerability where anyone with a few seconds access to your computer (e.g. network access) is able to extract your seed.
The reason for that is a faulty encryption.

After disclosing the vulnerability to them, they claimed its not a vulnerability at all and your wallet "is only as secure as your computer".
The statement itself is true, but that's a horrible excuse to not fix the vulnerability. There are many scenarios where this can be exploited, while other wallets (e.g. every other proper wallet like core, wasabi, electrum, ..) are not vulnerable in those scenarios.

I wouldn't touch anything from the jaxx development team.

Hello,
inside the jaxx liberty app you can edit wallets.  Set active and inactive to show up on your holdings.
I accidentally turned off my Litecoin wallet and seconds later activated it again.
Now there is no active litecoin address anymore with a few litecoins in it.
How can I get my litecoin address activated again?
Is it lost?
Are my litecoin lost?
Hope not.
Thanks for any help
