I had send for support to jaxx.io (facebook). They answer me and ask me if my wallet is validated, and to send them the words! to fix  manualy my account, because it has problem!  When i told them that my wallet is ok now, they ask again the words to validate it so next time it will be ok. Is this normal? I dont think so. They try to steal my wallet. I report that page.
Don't send it. That's a fake Facebook page of theirs, they won't ask for your recovery words. They will not fix your account, there's no need for the recovery words. Copying of popular wallets pages are rampant, they're scamming/hacking people through that kind of words. Never send those recovery words to anyone.

I report that page. I didnt send them anything.
Good.

Contact them only through their webpage support. Click the "Help" on their page.

Did you look it up? In the future, try to just get it from their official website. Also watch out which SNS of theirs has a verified checkmark as that can serve as your guide. Better report the page to facebook + jaxx itself.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam. No one who is legit will ever ask you for your wallet seed. This is actually really common. "Send X BTC here", "Give us your seed so we can check", etc... that's simply not how those wallets work.

I always think it's weird how people trust those random users/pages so easily. Just a PM or message and you instantly assume they are the real support team and start giving them your data. Huh

For the moment, after 25+ hours the ETH I send to another wallet is pending. I pay extra gas to speed up (inside jaxx application) but still waiting. I cant trust it for more ETH. Is that normal? Also it has a cancel transaction option, but it reports an error.

Finally I add more fees and the transaction arrives to the other wallet!

The wallet is ok for the moment. But I decide to go with exodus wallet.
AFAIR user can't set manually fees using exodus and its a no no if you want more control of your coins, there are lots of incidents where user cost $$ when sending using exodus since there no way you can change it. I just dunno if they change that feature.

For suggestion, you may try coinomi as it its multi wallet the same as jaxx and exodus, and you can set your fees with dynamic or custom fee.

Actually, you can set the BTC fees in Exodus. It has the dynamic fees or custom fees - plus it has an "accelerate" function to speed up the transaction if you accidentally set your fee too low.

I dont have a lot of money, but I want to have one wallet to store all of them. Because transfer coins from one wallet to another an probably to an exhange is not profitable.
I read that open source wallet is better than others. So, because I use to mine, for the moment, ETC and ETH, I m looking for a wallet that is open source and supports ETC and ETH.
There is no difference between sending each coin to their own wallet software and doing that with a single wallet software. They will all cost you the same thing. Remember: each blockchain remain separated. The only possible pro on doing this is the convenience of only having one wallet software and seeing all of your coins at the same dashboard. But that's all.

If there is no good alternative, you shouldn't go with it just because it's 1 wallet vs 4 or 5 wallets. Security remains the top priority. There are hardly any multi wallet which are good, trusted and open source. Most are custodian and/or non open source. Coinomi, Exodus, Guarda... all of them have a business model which wouldn't work if they handled their code to their competitors.

Thanks. So the best wallet for that? Coinomi is good?

Coinomi is good but recently they have vulnerability issue on desktop version so, I think much better don't use the desktop version.
Coinomi for mobile is working fine never heard any issue on using them except for desktop version.

You can also check zelcore which I currently using for holding some coins they support limited coins.

Check the mycelium wallet they now support ETH wallet as an alternative for IOS wallet.

Why not buy a Ledger or Trezor if you hold a lot of money? Other than that, MetaMask or Trustwallet (if you want to use it on your phone) is also good. I'd rather avoid closed source wallets and use open-source wallet instead.

Thanks. For the moment transaction is still pending. What about transfer all to Kraken?
By now I guess you have already heard about the famous quote in the crypto world. "Not your Keys. Not your money" When you send your Ether to Kraken, you are giving them control over your money since they are the only ones who have access to the private keys to your account's address. Should anything happen to Kraken, let's say they get hacked, their website gets seized by authorities or they go bankrupt while you are storing your coins in there, chances are high that they will go down with your money and you will have nothing much to do in order to recover it.

But if you have your money in a wallet like Metamask or imtoken where you can also have control of your private keys, even if the service shuts down abruptly, you can still always import your keys to another ether wallet and access your funds without any hardships.

Using Non custodial wallets to store your crypto is  a practice I encourage you to do thou since it's your money, you are still free to do what you like  Wink

Thanks. No my balance is ok. Jaxx wallet has the problem. As I understand, I can move to another wallet using the wallets private key.
Do it and tell us if you have successfully imported your balance with other wallets using your private key. I'm hoping that everything is going to work fine in your end and you can use your funds or do whatever you want with it.

Keep us updated. You may close the thread temporarily.

Today my ETH wallet balance become "zero"! I dont know if Jaxx has synch problems or I am hacked. All transactions in the blockchain are ok but token balance is zero!

Your wallet may be experiencing synchronization problems. You can check the balance of any address (including yours) in any blockchain explorer.

Just go to ether.io and past your ethereum address there. You can check your balance. If your balance is zero there, then you were hacked/robbed.

I have experienced this with other wallet that I've used. Just like what they have said, try to resynch if Jaxx has a feature like that but as you have said you're with the latest version. As long as your coins are on that wallet and it's not moved base from Etherscan, you shouldn't worry.

The answer might be on this guide, try it first and see if it's effective.

This sometimes happens to me too when I open the wallet and want to spend some coins but i think the problem is related to syncing because the correct balances then reflect after a while.

If the problem persists and you want to spend your coins. Just copy your Ether address' private key from Jaxx Liberty and then import it to a good ether wallet Like Metamask or Myetherwallet App

Transaction history is ok. I check again in https://etherscan.io/ and I can see that the amount there is correct. I have Jaxx liberty (last version), for windows and ios.
Then, it just a syncing problem, do you somewhat using vpn? It might one of the reasons, your internet connection or maybe its on the jaxx wallet server side's issue so except of waiting you can ask them regarding this.

Already looked at your transaction history and saw some unauthorized transactions there?

According to their FAQ, reasons for showing incorrect balance are:

*outdated version
*specific wallet network may have been temporarily down
*network problem - either you are using VPN, TOR or firewall.

If you already looked at the blockchain, and your address holds your supposed balance, then there's no hacking issue. The problem is just it doesn't reflect on your wallet.
