I got the same problem.
I have now for five days a problem with sending and shifting with JAXX for windows version 2.1.13. I want to send my GNT but I have enough ETH so I want to shapeshift BTC it to ETH but it does not work. When I want to send BTC to shapeshift adress (Shapeshift.io) or another adress it also does nothing when I click on send. When I type the amount in the bar on JAXX the dollar indication(in white) bellow does not change and displays says $0.00. I have done a back-up a reset of the cache, change my fees from low to avarrage and back to low. I also have downloaded JAXX again but nothing worked. I have also installed the android version on my phone.
I will apreciate it very much If someone could tell us more about these bugs in JAXX.

I'm really new to bitcoin and need some advice regarding using the Jaxx wallet. I have the desktop app on my Mac and have transferred some bitcoin to it. I also loaded the app on my iphone and synced the two. On the desktop I see the number of bitcoins I have as well as the dollar value. On the app on my iphone the bitcoins show correctly but the dollar value is showing zero. Why is this and can I spend bitcoin on my phone or do I have to use the desktop app. Thanks
