Maybe Jaxx.io does not accept some of these coins because the website probably because it does not support some of these coins. It may not accept their standards so that's why it is only limited to only some of the coins. But actually I use Jaxx.io and I like the app, I even download the app through my laptop too.

i submited my jaxx adress on airdrops and now i worry that i will not get some coins.. but when i login with private key in myetherwallet is see some tokens..

Atleast, presence of jax.io makes easy for bitcoin holders. So, the need for mobile wallet becomes fulfilled. To be the best, I don't know yet. But, it will be an alternative wallet that is widely used in my opinion.

Yes every one can makes desicions to support SegWit2x or not, use service of jaxx.io or not, there are no one who compel to other person, everything base on the Thought each and i don't have agenda behind my post.

Looks like Segwit2x has lost yet another major supporter. This was always going to happen when one leaves, the others have doubt. I am not a supporter of either Segwit2x or not, but my leaning is always with the majority economy. Therefore, that looks like core (original) at the moment. Either way, I am not affected by Jaxx decision. If it supports the coin I use along with other alts, I use it. No politics and agenda behind my decisions.

Jaxx, best known for their wallet service, is unsure what to do. While they signed the New York Agreement, their official stance is more ambiguous. There is no “official decision on supporting SegWit2x. A very odd statement, considering they vowed to support it. Do keep in mind this doesn’t mean they won’t support it. It may become the best in the future but it's sure as s**t ain't now. It's been 4 weeks since btc/bch fork and still no bch wallet lol. They keep saying "very soon" , "almost done" for past three weeks on their twitter account. I want to burn that joint down. Two more weeks till Ledger nano new patch hits the market and then I'm gone.

I think Jaxx.io will add all the main assets step by step, but I suggest you to store your coins by local wallet, that's safer.

you are not the only one who is waiting, it sucks, its now 2 Weeks after hard fork and they said the last week they need some more time but no more detailed info how long as much percent they need more... since 2 days there ist no reply by the supporting team to any question, not on twitter neither on the jaxx official subreddit! And we should respect those reasons, we can not just barge in and question them why they don't have this certain coin that is why there are rival wallets. I actually like Jaxx.io because it is safe and you can download them on you laptop as an offline wallet as well. Though the fee is kind of high compared to other wallets it is worth it despite it all and I feel secured using this wallet. I am planning to transfer my bitcoin too in this wallet because they said they will support the split.

Surprisingly nobody really cared enough to give their reaction. Maybe there are not many Jaxx users here or they are quiet about it to avoid being chased by hackers.

I think Jaxx will add more platform to their support because at the beginning every platform will support only a few reputable coins in order to secure in the market. But they will start listing few more coin which is reputable in the market, even new coins like credit bit also supporting it that they are going to list their wallet in Jaxx.

So i think now my search for multicoin wallet ends with jaxx, never tried their mobile wallet soon gonna install it now.

Just updating informations, today there is wallet for ETC on jaxx.io and it is support for android devices. I have made updated my jaxx's app on playstore and it went work. Finally jaxx support for ETC on android. 

ETC is just a product of hard fork and i think it is not a stable alt coin unlike dash coin. Dash is much stable and i will vouch that this coin has a good features and a very well known devs. I don't know what your reason to compare ETC to DASH seems dash coin is a well known coin and have a good reputation on market.

There's too much going on in the world of Ethereum right now. For stability's sake it would be better for Jaxx to stay away from ETC. It won't be nice to be caught in the middle of a crossfire.

May be they will add ETC later however nobody knows why they choose dash to be added in their supported coin list. ETC will require lots of time to get community and developer support before it get enough attention from users and wallets.

So? It is their own wallet so they are setting up their own rules. Maybe they don't like centralized and intrusive management of ETH/ETC?

dash is a more stable coin and a much more better idea than etc. ETC is an overhyped stuff imo.
