So I get negged because I wasn't sure if it was a scam or not? It still might be a legit medical problem.

I'm not sure how long a back injury takes to heal, but I think he would've been back by now.

He's been gone from both this forum and the other one we're both on.

That's because it wasn't a back injury, it was a scam.  That's why both of you got negged, in case it slipped your mind.

Gameristo is too trusting,  but I've done Paypal deals with him several times since then, and he's solid.

And yet you can still come here and make excuses for him.  I don't believe you.   I don't buy any of the medical bullshit, nor do I care about being on your shit list.  You're a part of this scam until proven otherwise.

You expect us to believe that you know all about these supposed real-life problems and that JayT got hit with these immediately after gameristo sent him the PayPal funds?  You might think we're retarded on bitcointalk, but we've all seen this type of scam before.  And if you know him well enough to come here and make excuses, it's fair to suggest that someone else (like you) might be able to send the funds from his wallet for him.  But this is all a ridiculous excuse and hence your new negative trust.

my friend, go back to school. or take medications.

I posted at least a week or so after the JayT/Gameristo thing. That's not "immediately after."

And it was JayT's friend who told us about what happened to him in our other forum.

Although it is kinda weird that it's December 9 and he still hasn't shown up.

It's okay, I will give you a negative trust as soon as he comes back. Fair is fair. Also to the other guy who gave me a negative trust too. Let's have some fun with it.

I personally don't think JayT would leave both forums for only $100. That dude bought btc from me for a total of over $400 in multiple transactions over time. You can see some of our deals here:

Doesn't make sense for him to run away with $100. If he was truly a scammer with his reputation, he would've run away with $200 or $300 -- I'm sure gameristo would've trusted him with that much tbh.

So the odds and ends don't line up.

Looking forward to be a lifetime enemy of yours and the other guy though Smiley fun times. I'm staying on bitcointalk for a long time baby. So let's have fun Smiley. You like to judge people like an idiot, you're going to pay for it for years Cheesy.

EckhartJV you can help and recover 50% amount and pay me at least 50 usd worth of btc or paypal?

you can then get amount from your friend JayT, and I will remove any negative ratings from JayT profile

No you fucking moron.  If he can't physically use the internet, you could do that for him.

I think you're lying anyway.  Scammers love to jerk their victims around.

Gawd your intelligence is so low it's painful.

Why tf would he give me his bitcointalk password and access to his bitcoin wallet just because I know him from another forum. Would you do that?

I think you're trolling. I don't know why. Dude has a medical condition, and this is how you respond. It's cool. You're on my shitlist.

Hi everyone,

I talked to someone who is friends with JayT on another forum.

JayT is having a very tough time in real life (medical). For privacy reasons, I can't state what's going on obv.

He's not a scammer per se -- life just took a dump right now and he can't physically go on the internet.

So don't lose faith in the bitcointalk feedback/review/rating system I guess.

Once he's better, he'll be back here and will fix things with OP I assume.
So why don't you get on the internet for him and pay gameristo the bitcoin that's owed him?

If not, this sounds like you're a shill for a scammer.

Are you on drugs or trolling? You want me to pay someone else's debt just because I know the guy?

Just for that I'm going to give you a negative review when JayT comes back.

So watch out. Not joking.

I can't take people with negative attitudes like that. I didn't even have to give an update on this thread. If he was really a scammer, then he ran away with the money and I would have no reason to reply to this thread. Use your head. What does JayT or I have to gain from me posting here? I'm actually putting my own future rep on the line just to post this but I wanted to do it because it sounded like everyone on this thread needed an update.

You legit tick me off so much. Can you think before you post?

1) You want me to pay OP $100 when I wasn't involved in the transaction, and if I don't, I'm suddenly a scammer or a shill.
2) How am I a shill when even with my post, no one would trust JayT if he came back and didn't pay OP? I don't understand your logic. Did you go to high school even?

Gawd if bitcointalk community is like this, I dunno.

so JayT you finally scammed or what?

you replied me 2 times and then always disappeared

I still waiting for to pay back some portion of funds via btc or ltc??

He hasn't been on for a week or so now so, i'm not sure what to make of that. Could be just running away from the crime scene fyinally instead of even bothering to cooperate and communicate with you, or could be just doing other stuff.

Anyways, i think it would be good to post an address for repayment in public, both btc and ltc, so that we all know when he has made a repayment.

I wouldn't expect much from this situation. Most scammers never come back to repay.

JayT still NO reply?

not sure why they want lost forum account just for 100 paypal while they have 18 months old forum account with some positive feed backs and I ready pay some profit on paypal transfer and even ready allow them use my funds as loan but at least they reply me and confirm whats next??

They haven't been online for 4 days now.

IMO the best chances of recovering your funds is to attempt a chargeback. Though you sent as friends and family so the only way would be to dispute the transaction as unauthorized - which will be harder to do(but still doable).

Do it now, because the further you wait, the less chance you have. Another reason to use escrow at all times.

Gameristo, we've done business together a few times, and I sort of warned you about sending people PayPal funds so freely.   It's a bit crazy to do so, because shit like this can happen.   Luckily for you, you can do a chargeback and I hope you do. But you can't trust people here not to take the money and run.  This guy is a full member with 1XX activity, and that account isn't worth anywhere near $100.  I am a bit surprised though, because he has a lot of positive trust--but apparently that means nothing.   I'm guilty of being too trusting at times as well, but you're waaay too ready to send those PP funds.  Hope you get this resolved, dude.

Really sad for OP. But I am pretty sure you knew all the risks involved before sending the funds first since you are a long term Paypal/ BTC exchanger. The same user had contacted me initially to exchange. He was even willing to use escrow but I never received any reply after I told him to send coins first. Since I have been scammed many times and don't trust any members that easily.

Now since you have sent Paypal funds probably using F&F and try to open an unauthorised transaction case. But even that you might loose since Paypal investigates very closely to check.

Last thing is to forget about the $100 and move on as a lesson leant.

I bit confused , you sent amount him, without prior agreement? and after 12 minutes start scam accusation?

I'm thinking this as well, OP has a history of sending people funds without prior consultation. Extremely shady. However, in this case i think perhaps they were exchanging words via email/PM that wasn't public.

Anyways, JayT clearly asked for an exchange, not a loan.

If he indeed sent you the message that he did, then it's his fault. But if you sent him the money without him agreeing, then it's your fault.
