Due to a storm coming through the are last night, 10% of the hashrate was offline during the three hour rental. I added 30 minutes to bring you up to what you paid for.

I added time to your lease. As you saw as soon as you corrected the problem it resolves on my end.
Rig ops do not know what the settings for you are, so if they do not work it just sits while the clock runs.
