You cannot withdraw this prize immediately. You must complete 1x rollover. You bet it and you lost it. What JETWIN did wrong?

i know the term, i have passed the rollover . you can check my bets history. all 500mbtc i bet on sports and the outcome 380mbtc left, i mediately try to withdraw and taraaaaaaaa you still hold my funds . no answer from support and you skip my complain post, well all completed signs of bad website. you did wrong on did not answer my concern more likely ignored my messages , that's why next time you need to answer to customer messages in web not to ignore it.
