Thanks for posting this. So livecoin and p2pb2b are scam exchanges? It's listed on both.

In my view, yes.

Not really looked in to Livecoin before, will try to investigate in the coming days.

As for P2PB2B, they operated and owned by Coinsbit.

Coinsbit and P2PB2B are operating identical websites.

Coinsbit is listed in my scam alert signature: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.48239174

Seems that their project is still active : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annpre-ico-jewel-the-real-diamonds-5057721. If they have fake team, high probability that their registration and license documents are all fake?

Their exchange is to be launched soon. So be careful guys!

Thanks for the response. Is there any exchange that vets ICOs?
Is it possible to investigate physically? I don't think so. However some top exchange always try to save their users and they vets as much as possible. Those coin/token they think not potential then they delist that. Obviously they will announce before delisted.

However if you are looking for trade coin on good exchange then you might choose few top rated exchange from CMC

Listed on few worst exchange doesn't proof legitimate of any ICO's. Although they get listed on reputed exchange and it doesn't mean team are legit. Fake=Fake, even they are listed on exchange. We can't call scammer exchange even they listed with fake team. They just need fee, they people's will trade or not its depend on them. Exchange have no business without fee. Many potential ICO with no team listed on well reputed exchange. So exchange really not looking for team or plagiarism. They just looking for fee.

This project listed on Coinmarketcap today.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/jewel/

Dont know how they can sell their token.
Telegram of this project only have 1k people.

Wonder why how they can do it.

IIRC for listing coinmarketcap, a project only needs to be listed on 2 exchanges. And at today's date, anyone can list their tokens by paying fee to the exchange. No exchange does a background check before allowing the project to sell their token in the platform.

Telegram or no. of people supporting the project doesn't matters. It's like everyone is neglecting necessary precautions to make money.

They should step up and be an active part of the fighting back against criminals instead of looking at short term gain. Unfortunately in some cases these exchanges are part of the reason the scams can exist.
