You will be responsible for managing online communities including but not limited to:
Develop engaging content plans on different platforms: such as facebook discussions, posts, FB/IG Live etc.
Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests
Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
Participate on our YouTube channel
Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency
Attend networking events, relevant industry workshops and offline community events and roadshows across Indonesia.
Your Personal Skills:

- Not camera shy or shy to talk/interview people
- Assertive
- Strong communication and people skills
- Fast Learner
- Committed and responsible personality is a MUST.

Your Technical Skills:
- Experience with actually getting engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram and YouTube is essential
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
