In the midst of all these messages between McAfee and Ghost team, all I can think of are those who followed the project just because he recommended it. I am just imagining what his followers will be feeling right now their hopes have been dashed to the rocks. Oh boy, I almost bought some ghost token when my friend told me about it, I didn't know about the swap with esh but I thought to buy some ghost from the exchange, am just glade I didn't because shortly after the price at $1+ then the price dump, if I had bought above $1 I would have been in loss now, holding and waiting for price to recover, McAfee is not to be trusted at all.

That's what sucks when you leverage your "value" as a project on one single person, let alone John Mcafee. The coin should be valuable and provide a real solution without needing him anyway, if not the coin was clearly just a hype train.
This is what we call dangerous of centralized projects, especially when it is managed by one person. McAfee showed again that he is a schizophrenic person and we cannot trust his words or deeds.

As expected. Ghost isn't doing any good as of now according to coinmarketcap. McAfee also relies on hype and shill which ghost are lacking, which is I expected him to consider leaving from this project which then he did. I am scared John McAfee doesn't control the use of words as he just open his mouth and talks the way he feels, I had told some friends to sell their Ghost long ago when there appears to be lack of proper direction, but they objected until today when John said goodbye. All the projects shilled by McAfee in the past are relics.

I admit that John McAfee made alot of coins soar back in time, each time he mentions an altcoin using his twitter account and each time he talks about a coin or a token he raises the value not because of his involvment in developing the coin but just only because he's got some followers. I think that he runs only behind ca$h, he cares only about financial benefit of his own pockets and he drives their followers to the road making them end up broke. This is the main concerns of GHOST team and i think this is why they are no longer accepting him and trying to clarify things. I hope that GHOST will raise without such toxic peoples like McAfee.
John McAfee is an old man who often forgets that he often doesn't keep his every word, I still remember his tweet about the price of bitcoin, but never mind, he's just a guy who just wants a lot of money no more than that let alone really can be trusted as someone who most influential in the crypto world, so I never invested in Ghost either, I always avoided every crypto project associated with it

GHOST 👻 is no exception of his shilled shitcoins, anyone investing so much in any coin based on hype should rethink. Hyped coins are for cashout only in my opinion.
He only promotes shitcoins in this market. In 2018 I saw a lot of bullshit projects promoted by him, and in the end those projects died and turned into scams. Nobs is an example, I lost a lot of money on this project and I swear I will never be interested in the projects that he fomo

Lol, that's what he does every time first he promotes a project then leave it hanging. I invested in two of his before and they both performed terribly in the market. Good thing I skipped this one.
I've been talking about the fact that this person cannot be trusted. all projects in which I saw this scammer turned into a scam. This person is just trying to make money on stupid people.

I do agree about that assumption. I am not sure what his intentions are really, insulting a former project player at that. He has a weird attitude and coupled with his millions, I'd say he is a very dangerous man (not the murdering type, but rather the scheming type similar to the scrooge). He should not be dealing with cryptos because frankly many many crypto enthusiasts loathe the said man and would mug him at every chance they could get.
The ghost team is right. I am viewing John as marketing accomplice but not a developer that work on the product itself. For me he is not a good team player.
After this I doubt if any project will take in McAfee seeing that he is always in a fight against the team, they do't need McAfee to promote a project they can launch a bounty campaign for their project it will generate a big awareness of the project, this is the right way of promoting projects and not paying personalities with thousands of dollars or huge shares just to shill it.
He is a strange guy, although i liked his work uptill his antivirus stuff. Now this drama could just be a fud to buy those coins for cheap and then make things back to normal for max profits, who knows..

john mc afee duty done know, they already did what that be his goal creating project. this person actually should not trusted in crypto market, i see several project that hosted or he be as team part were be shit only in few months after launching. and now he left from GHOST project as if he has problem with other team. in future no one will trust to him anymore.
The worst part there is when he left he did bring some of his shares of the ghost tokens.
Calling someone idiot especially his partner or the ceo of esh project is not civilized. He should at least respect his team out if everything. Im not sure if they are considered one team of the ghost project cause josh is the ceo of ethershift(esh) then make a collaboration of swap with them.

because the representative from the Ghost team said:

while the Ghost team tries to do things in the most civilized way, McAfee called someone an idiot:

this is a behavior that should not exist in the world of cryptocurrencies because a fight between team members should end in something civilized so as not to harm the people who will be holding altcoin
