You should definitely remove ePay and move to another micropayment platform like FaucetHub. Just take a look around these forums and you will notice all the threads accusing them of scam, aswell the service owner being logged in on forums but not replying to any of those threads or support requests.
You should change payment proccessor, because ePay.info is scam service, all payments from their stopped since few last weeks. Please use Faucethub or Faucetsystem.
